It was completely free of use except for the credits you had to purchase (of course). If you are wondering what is Skype Manager, it’s basically a dashboard where you can setup your organization, create user accounts for your employees and manage/delegate Skype Credits for calls. Then came a new announcement regarding Skype Manager. We were actively using it at work and we noticed some glitches after those changes - a coincidence? I don’t think so.

Maybe they did that due to performance issues but I felt it was even worst after. I was happy and satisfied with Skype until Microsoft decided to kill P2P support from it. Technically speaking I’ve nothing against Skype, however Microsoft has made some « bad choices » - in my opinion.
